Before the epidemic is completely over, we need to continue to protect ourselves. Here are our suggestions to everyone:
1.Adhering to wearing masks scientifically:
We need to develop the habit of carrying masks with us. We should stick to wearing masks in crowded places and places with insufficient ventilation. People who take public transportation, elevators, and other confined spaces, go to the hospital for treatment, have a fever or suffer from respiratory infections, and are engaged in high-risk exposures such as medical treatment and transportation, should wear masks correctly. The elderly, infirm, and patients with chronic diseases should wear a mask when going out.
2.Keeping our eyes on food hygiene:
Advocating a split meal system, we use serving chopsticks at home during holidays. We go to regular supermarkets or markets to buy cold chain foods, and try to avoid direct contact with our hands; when we choose to buy, we recommend using disposable gloves and wearing masks at all times. When handling and storing food, we always follow the principle of separating raw and cooked food and contact raw materials. Wash your hands promptly after fresh ingredients. Do not touch your eyes, mouth, nose, and nose. Meat, eggs, and seafood must be cooked thoroughly. Resolutely refrain from hunting, buying, selling, or eating protected wild animals.
3.Keeping on doing exercise:
You should also exercise every day at home during holidays. Exercise can improve the body’s immune function and enhance anti-virus ability. At the same time, avoid colds, quit smoking, and limit alcohol to ensure adequate sleep.
