Project Background

The bread-making process appeared in the 13th century BC, and after continuous development and evolution, it was not until the 1980s that the first household bread machine came out. The first bread machine or bread maker used an AC motor as the driving system, and now it has gradually developed into a DC motor as the drive for the device. At the same time, with the constant development, the bread maker has the characteristics of small and exquisite, rich in styles and complete functions, becoming a common kitchen utensil.

The Working Principle of the Bread Maker

The bread machine is a compact electric oven with a bread pan. There is a shaft at the bottom of the pan. This axle is connected to the electric motor from below. There is a small metal paddle on the axle which is located in the tank and has a waterproof seal. That ensures that the bread mixture does not overflow from the bread machine. You need to put the paddle in the bread pan and remove it from the bread maker. Mix and add your ingredients to the jar. Place the bread pan in the bread machine. Then you need to select the program you need through the electronic control panel.

Then you need to close the lid to do other housework. Especially when you compare it to the effort required to manually bake the same bread. This allows you to see the bread being created. When you hear the hum of the motor and the rotation of the blades, you know that the bread is in the second stage of kneading. After that, there will be a quiet period, which is the third stage of dough fermentation. You will hear more kneading sounds again, and then a quiet sound is the fourth stage. Finally, you will see steam coming out of its vent. You will smell the taste of homemade bread.

In the bread maker, the measured amount of ingredients are loaded into the paddle tin and place the tin inside the oven. Choose the program using the electric control panel and the motor starts to rotate. Tin rotates as the motor is turned on and the kneading process starts. This process can be watched from the bread maker’s glass lid. The electric motor remains on until the kneading process is finished. Kinmore provides efficient and reliable motors for bread makers.
